How We Ship Your Order

Your Folia Body mitts are lovingly dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Australia. We partner with trusted international carriers – DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, or Australia Post – with your national postal service handling final delivery to your door.

Quick Processing: Orders are processed every business day (Monday to Friday, Australian time). Due to time differences, orders placed in Europe are typically processed the next Australian business day – but don't worry, we work around the clock to get your mitts on their way!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our Australian warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation. You can track your package through our carrier's website until it reaches your local postal service for final delivery.

What if I'm not home?

Delivery policies vary by country, but typically your local postal service will:

• Leave a notification card for collection at your nearest post office
• Attempt redelivery on another day
• Leave with neighbors (where permitted)
• Use local pickup points or parcel lockers where available

Remote Regions

We ship throughout Europe! Remote islands, mountainous regions, and rural areas may take an extra 2-4 business days, but we promise your silk mitts are worth the wait.
